My name is Sanna Hellström and I am a certified counsellor in psychosynthesis and a diploma coach (ACC-level).

I offer traditional counselling for individuals and couples.

The method of psychosynthesis was founded by the italian doctor Roberto Assagioli (1888-1974). It is a simple method wich focuses on the present and emphazises  on the individuals positive strenghths and potentials.

Coaching is extremely focused on the present and works towards the future. Strong questions such as “What do you want?”, “Where are you going?”, “How will you get there?” etc will help the client in finding his/hers answers and direction towards a goal and a vision. We will constructively work with actions to take in the clients desired direction.

Coaching will help you find your potential and bring out the very best in you!

I have lived and worked in the USA and speak english fluently.
