Welcome to HangUps
My name is Sanna Hellström. I am a certified counsellor in psychosynthesis. I have been schooled and trained at HumaNova in Stockholm. I offer traditional counselling along with clutterclearing issues. I also use dreams as an indicator of the klients wherabouts.
The method of psychosynthesis was founded by the italian doctor Roberto Assagioli (1888-1974). He was a great man of wholeness, whose work holds a great importance in psychology and therapy of today.
For the client the method is a means of learning to be more aware, awake and mindful of his/hers thoughts, attitudes, behaviours and patterns. Approaches used to acheive new patterns range from meditation, freee drawing, physical expression, writing, dis-identification, visualisation and interpersonal work. Along the way you will be able to fill your toolbox with usable tools.
HangUps have commenced a coaching education and will during the spring, take on clients by telephone for a reduced rate. A 45 min session costs now til June 300:-.
